Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner sur place car coût un peu trop élevé (16€ / Pers.) Nous avons diner. Très correct. La gentillesse du personnel

The staff at Les Grenettes were very accommodating when we attended site to change our booking to additional nights. The pool area is clean and very safe. There is free parking in sight of the hotel. There is a great beach and town centre nearby for breakfast. The room had recently been decorated and was modern.

We requested our room late at night and when desperate to move from another hotel with no air conditioning (35 degrees). We realised It wasn’t very clean, the glass in the sliding glass doors had blown, only one chair in the outside area which was filthy. The toilet was very dirty. There was no soap in the toilet, we brought our own, no towel holder next to the loo. There was no wardrobe in the room. We used a spare bed for our clothes for 5 days. We thought a curtain had a wardrobe in but was an alcove with fridge, safe and the only place to plug in a kettle and had to keep unplugging the fridge for this. The safe didn’t work so we kept valuables in our car. There was no kettle for drinks and a requested kettle and room clean made the next morning was not completed until our third day. I brought in my own cleaning products to clean in the meantime and bagged up rubbish and took to reception where I was told to take it around to the campsite bins initially. On two occasions we found people just letting themselves in the room whilst we were there. No knocking. The cafe doesn’t open in the day for food so we rode our bikes to town for food. There is a shop on site but the room isn’t equipped for making or eating food, luckily we brought our own plates, cutlery and kitchen equipment. The site is very isolated there is nothing within walking distance either grocery or restaurant so you drive or cycle about 15 mins to find infrastructure. The night before our last we arrived home at 9:30 to find both our key fobs had been deactivated and as reception was closed had to find security to let us in the room. Without security we would have had a problem. This was a real inconvenience.

On a eu un tres bel appartement pour une famille de 4. Spacieux, moderne et belle deco avec la pierre.
