La communication avec la responsable s'est plutôt bien passée. Elle a été très à l'écoute de notre déception et nos remarques

L'hôtel est très vieillissant. De plusnous étions dans une annexe qui n'a pas d'accès direct et intérieur avec l'hôtel. Il fallait passer la rue pour aller à la piscine, la salle de petit déjeuner. Pas d'accès direct non plus au parking. L'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre aussi.

Personnel sympathique, hôtel bien situé, la piscine couverte est un vrai plus. Merci pour la baguette sans gluten au petit déjeuner, elle est incroyable ! Je reviendrai.

La piscine serait parfaite avec 1 ou 2 degrés de plus comme elle a des zones de jets et bulles. Elle pourrait aussi être légèrement moins chlorée.
