"Interesting experinece"

4.0

I did not receive the room I paid for and reserved. I was reimbused the next day. No one speaks English. I was a very late check in and person could not find my reservation. The photos are a little misleading as to the conditional qualty of the property. Very interesting property. I would not stay at the property again for the price.

"Nice No-frills Hotel"

6.0

Nice no-frills hotel. Staff was excellent! Only complaint was plumbing. Had to plunge my toilet everyone and the shower didn't drain well at all. Size of rooms were great. Hotel.com website did advertise heating in rooms and staff spoke English. Both were incorrect!

"Bogata Columbia"

6.0

We enjoyed our stay at hotel all staff members were great. The breakfast was wonderful. Walking distance to mall and good taxi service. We reserved an apartment with one bedroom , sitting area and a fireplace from hotel.com, we received a two bedroom with 5 beds no sitting area and no heat. Temp were in the 40's at night. It was a good thing we brought and electric blanket

"Good"

6.0

Very friendly staff/owners and hotel is in a very safe area of Bogota. This is a B&B and not a true hotel ... as such the amenities are very limited and there are difficulties in getting a taxi easily since this is in a residential area. Overall, the conditions were acceptable but the place doesn't have the best bedding and isn't the cleanest place to stay. This is a decent place for a B&B/hostel but can be a let down for anyone looking for a typical hotel environment.

"Excellent"

8.0

Second time staying at this hotel and haven't had any issues. I personally like the fact that it feels more like a home than a hotel and of course that it it fairly affordable in a very expensive city such as Bogota. They need to work on improving their breakfast which could be a lot better.

"A Quality Suite in Northern Bogotá"

10.0

Great apartment-style living in a quiet upscale neighbourhood! Room was approximately 600 square feet. There was a kitchen, two bedrooms (master+standard), and a master bath. You're in a gated community with a beautiful view to the western hills. The staff members were extremely accommodating to my pidgin Spanish. Breakfast service consisted of eggs, toast, jams, butter, mango juice and fresh coffee. Taxi service to Plaza Bolívar was 10,000 pesos (US $5.50) each way. The only caveat was the occasional jumbo-jet that flew overhead, which happened maybe two or three times per day. Having said that, there was no jet noise in the evening hours.

"Not bad..."

6.0

Loved the room (#7)...was very large, two story, with a hammock on the balcony off the 2nd floor master bedroom (the room has 2 bedrooms)...the downside was was that the breakfast is not really a breakfast, one egg and two pieces of toast...and the shower was a little "dicey", in that there was not a lot of water pressure and sometimes was hot, sometimes lukewarm...however for the price, definitely not a bad deal...if you like stuff that looks and feels newer, then you may not like it

"No access to Taxi...inconvenience"

2.0

Pirate...bed and breakfast. house is old, and when ask for a taxi, they said it will be in 10 minutes, and then taxi never showed up, the man asked us to walk a far distance in the intersection for taxi, and caused more than 45 minutes to get a taxi, which cause us to miss our flight. Terrible place...never stay here again.

"new concept on Colombia"

8.0

Since 10 years ago, I travel surrounding UK. There is the best low cost option. The bed & breakfast option is interesting for travelers that like good cost-price benefits. The hotels, the best ones, on Bogota are expensive if you like stay long term vacations (more than 4 days). This hotel is a large family house (800 mts square) on residential location (cero noisy contamination). I stay with my fiancee and do not feel bad, paid low cost hotel, the rooms are big, the bath is ok and all comes with 32 inch cable (telmex) tv and wifi. The owner is a retired flight cargo (it means that possible he spoke some languages different to english and spanish) and he start this business around 3 years ago, he bought two large houses and addecuate with hotel features. I get a two levels apartment with locks. This apartment is ideal if you travel with kids or a couple friends. My first impression is that I arrive to house (There have not any hotel sign on the street). There is a lot parking lot space for your rental car if you have. Sorry if my english is not the best, it is not my native language.
