Location

Room was not in keeping with the confirmation picture I’d received. It had no air con and was extremely hot and the small fan was insufficient. The lock on the door was faulty, and I got locked in at least twice. I reported it but was informed there was no issue. Had there been a fire there would have been an issue.

Rooms were large and comfortable, breakfast was very good value for money. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Ample parking available. Voucher offering a free drink in the bar was a nice touch.
