Chuveiro demorava para esquentar Quartos sem nenhum isolamento acústico, o meu ficava perto da escada, a partir das 5:00 da manhã, era um fluxo muito grande de pessoas no corredor e escadas, um barulho que me abordava

Location is great, staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast started at 6h30 and had some options which was appreciated. We had an excursion on our last day early in the morning and they kept our bags for the whole day to accommodate us.

Our first room had an awful smell in the bathroom. It smelled like sewage. The staff changed us to the room next door which didn't smell but windows are inside the hotel. The curtains are so thin that at night the lights from the reception/hotel pierce through. You also hear every single noise. I had earplugs and even with that, we could hear ppl coming down the stairs, ppl talking loudly etc.. The rooms on upper floors might be better but the ones near the reception are awful. Hotel definitely needs some TLC and it would be nice to have some towel bars in the bathroom.
