Mini-disco was a huge hit for my 3-year-old daughter—she absolutely loved it! Congratulations to the team for creating such a fun and engaging experience for kids. The food was also very good, with plenty of choices available, and we appreciated that some of the dishes changed from day to day. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

Rooms were nice, food unfortunately disappointing so ate out every night. Beverage prices expensive for quality and pool area was shaded often.

Great hotel ! Big rooms , big bathroom. Great nights sleep . Huge choice of food breakfast and dinner . Mugs for tea , not those tiny little ones . English breakfast options , also continental and Spanish . Same choice in the evening but plenty of fish options - especially liked the elver and prawn side salad and the king prawns freshly cooked in front of you . A varied evening menu each night as well . Very clean , all of the staff are very friendly . We went half board , the drinks prices were very good , especially when compared to the local bars . Evening entertainment was about average and finished around 10.30 pm , so going to bed was very peaceful. The hotel is a 5-10 min stroll from the beaches and bars . 5 mins from the outdoor market . There is a bus stop right outside , and one around the corner for travelling longer distances. There are plenty of pools , the only downside being the usual greedy mob putting towels on the Sun loungers first thing , mainly Brits ! Why ??? I would certainly recommend this hotel , definitely 4 star but without the usual snobbery .

We got a very bad room on the first day high vibration as the room was near by the facility related equipments if we tauched the furniture , walls, doors we felt the vibration and noise after 30 minutes a strong headaque, we reperted it to the reception but no offer for other room no compensation no apologies nothing we felt ourself as a guilty one however they admit they recongized the issue with the room- we had to sleep in our friends room :( the managers and the team at the reception were so rude destroyed our holiday good vibe :( We can undestand a lot of thing but at least they should be kind …. Very dissapointed

The hotel was gorgeous. We arrived and received a welcome drink which was a nice surprise. Very clean and the rooms were really modern and spacious. Our room had a pool view and an ocean view outside the front door! Warm clean pools, including an adults only. The animation team were always friendly faces and my toddler loved the mini disco. Food was good, some nights were better than others but always a good selection and the pizza was always a winner. The half board plus was a really good deal. Didn't discover the sunset lounge until the last day, but quite the hidden gem! The location was excellent - walking distance to three different beaches, Puerto colon and shops, supermarkets and restaurants. We were really impressed and had a really special stay here. Would stay again!

We stayed for 7 nights from 15th March , stayed in room 444f room is a little tired could do with updating , the shower when in use kept going boiling , made you scream when rinsing the shampoo off . The beds were really comfortable, house keeping was daily and they did a great job. The restaurant was great, breakfast hot & plenty of choice same as the evening , the food choice and cleanliness were perfect , half board plus is perfect as well as you could have wine soft drinks or bear , the Red & the Rose were lovely Only stayed twice for the evening entertainment, was good what we saw , unfortunately we were there when the storm was going on , so glad we did the roof terrace on the Tuesday and did get too see the sunset and enjoy the view but couldn’t enjoy the hotel as much not they’re fault such a shame for us We did have towels no charge , didn’t have a safe felt we didn’t need one . Would definitely go again but later in the year

Excellent food. Friendly staff. Clean. Well maintained and warm pools. Floor tiles in bathroom were a little worn but staff were aware and repair scheduled. Within easy walking distance of beaches, shops and restaurants. Would rexommend.

La posizione perfetta,tranquilla se siete in famiglia e poco rumorosa.. Personale di reception disponibile e gentile. Staff cucina e camerieri sempre carini e sorridenti,lo stesso vale per le signore addette alle pulizie.

Dovrebbero migliore la qualità dei tessili:asciugamani e lenzuola,qualcuno era proprio sfilacciato,il phon in camera nostra era datato e magari sarebbe meglio sostituirlo.

Just back from a great stay at this hotel. Every one of us had such a great time , traveled with my husband and 2 boys ages 11&8 , On Arrival the staff were so friendly and welcoming , we were offered us with iced tea (which our kids loved )or Prosecco . We had a ground floor pool facing room which was great , we did have some tape down on the floor in our room where tiles had come loose ! Have seen this in a few comments! The entertainment is excellent- always something on for the kids , the team make such an effort with them all , including adults too. We had great fun at the events ! We only used the family pool which was lovely and warm & Clean ! Food was great - we were half board , there was such a selection of food at every meal ! Especially loved the Mushroom Risotto which was cooked infront of us ! Only a short walk to the shops / beach ! We had an excellent lunch at colonial one day - would highly recommend! Just 5 mins from hotel ! We will definitely be back 💫
