Resort piccolino ma molto ben curato e soprattutto pulitissimo. È a 10 minuti a piedi dal meraviglioso mare dei lidi di Marsala, mentre per il centro e/o le saline è necessario spostarsi in macchina. Per il mio soggiorno (incentrato principalmente su mare e relax) il Resort è risultato molto comodo, ben servito di ogni servizio necessario. Ancora un plauso per la pulizia della camera che ho particolarmente apprezzato!

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft für Marsalabesuche und entspannte Poolaufenthalte"

Alle sind sehr nett, die Unterkunft ist sauber, der Pool ist wunderschön und das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant macht sehr sehr leckere Pizzen. Es gibt auch kostenlose Leihfahrräder für den Weg zum Strand, der auch schön ist. Nach Marsala sind es ca. 10 Min. mit dem Auto. Der große Parkplatz über der Straße ist prima.

Der Balkon vom orangen Zimmer ist winzig. Wir hatten zwar dafür eine Küche, aber die Zimmer mit Terrasse im Souterrain sind sicherlich vorzuziehen, wenn man keine Küche braucht.

"Never again!"

Wir hatten eigentlich ein normales Doppelzimmer gebucht. Allerdings waren die alle im Untergeschoss mit einem Kellerfenster versehen. Wir haben daraufhin einen Upgrade - Zimmer im ersten Stock mit Küche genommen und den entsprechenden Aufpreis bezahlt. Das Zimmer im 1. Stock war sehr schön.

Die Bilder & das Resort im Namen entsprechen leider NICHT den Tatsachen. Es ist ein Hotel mit Pool - nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Wir hatten leider das Pech, dass zudem die Garten und Poolanlage renoviert wurden. Leider wurde auf Booking.com nicht darauf hingewiesen & somit mussten wir jeden Tag den Bauarbeiten zuschauen. Was leider so gar nicht unseren Vorstellungen von einem Resort, wo Ruhe & Gelassenheit impliziert wird, entspricht. Der Hotelmanager hatte auf unsere Beschwerde (trotz sehr freundlicher & kompetenter Übersetzerin) gar kein Musikgehör und schon gar kein Verständnis. Es ergab daraus sehr unangenehme Situationen, die wirklich an Frechheit kaum zu toppen sind. Wir können dieses Hotel somit leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
