+ A hotel with an excellent price-quality ratio + Location and parking lot next to the hotel were a big bonus for us + Private bathroom inside the room + Room was modern and clean The biggest surprise was the owner - such a friendly, helpful and welcoming person. Thank you so much!

- Wrong phone number in the homepage - The shower wall was broken, but still normally usable

24/7 check-in was very useful as we arrived very late. Location of the Chalet Charlotte is perfect and views from the balcony is stunning. Accomodation is fully equipped and you will find everything what you might need - including many games and biliard in the basement. All rooms wew clean and nicely equipped.

Bed was little bit soft and small (but that is just personal preference).
