Iris Flower Hotel

Vi fick aldrig komma in hotellet. Vi stod utanför som ett nygift par och visste inte vart vi skulle ta vägen. Hotellet nekade att vi hade en bokning. Vi kräver en ersättning för detta. De förstörde bokstavligen vår resa!

There were some maintenance works at the rooms beside me and I couldn't sleep. When I complained to the management they have me another room which was okay. The Ac didn't work very well. Overall experience is acceptable however the hotel is a bit pricey compared to the available services/amenities.

Calm hotel. Room was very clean. However, it was a bit cold despite the AC being set on 30°C. There was another floor mounted AC but the remote was not there. I guess it's for the winter season. Toilet is spotless. Towels and sheets white as snow. Would recommend if you ever plan on staying in Jezzine.

It was a large room with a great balcony. The bed and pillow could be more comfortable.

Jezzine is a beautiful city with friendly people, and this hotel is a perfect reflection to Jezzine. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well furnished. Lovely place indeed.

Nice stay in beutiful nature. The staff does not speak english but where kind and helpful.

Excellent place to relax and refresh your mind and body

L'hôtel est correct. Son inconvénient majeur est d'être bruyant, tous les bruits résonnent dans tous l'immeuble qui est mal insonorisé.

Hôtel tout neuf. Très bon accueil de Joseph, le gérant, et de son équipe. Demander les chambres avec vue sur Jezzine , magnifique! L'hôtel étant encore peu connu et des chambres restant disponibles, nous avons été surclassé sans avoir rien demandé et pu bénéficier d'une suite pour le prix d'une chambre normale. A recommander.
