SYGood experience but unfortunately the pool in other hotel was under repair
QABreakfast was good and location was excellent in addition to staff.

The Room was not prepared before check-in. The Room cleaning also not done during the stay. Need to keep calling to operator/reception for cleaning but still no active response. AC was leaking in the room. Very bad experience. Also they are not providing water bottles daily by their own, you need to ask ever time. Hotel management to take responsibility of every room before customer check-in and prepare well like check the amenities working properly. Sound funny but they did not provided the both towels as well unless it is not asked... Very bad experience............
AEAEInside room was big enough with separate room. There were enough parking spots and almost good location.
Room was dirty even during the check in. There were not enough towels for 2 persons inside the room. They didnt clean the room on time and we had to ask them several times. Water pressure for the bathroom was very low and it was not possible to take shower. Also refrigerator of the room was not working! Furthermore check in process was too slow and delayed.
