the AC in the room is Split Unit type, and the access to the elevator is only through stair!

Room is spacious i got room 410 Breakfast is average Coffee set is good

The ac inside the rooms have alot of dust , filters need cleaning to get fresh air, No self care items: tooth brush , fabric sleepers , dirty laundry bag, cotton sticks to clean ears Very limited tv channels Bathtub is opened and all water make the bathroom messy Bed mattress is not comfortable , seems to be old Pillows are very soft

Staff attitude is very bad ,More than one hour waited for check-in and 1st they mentioned required payment (already done the advance payment on 3rd 1 pm) and our entry at 4 pm . This is my 1st experience with booking.com

Reception staff is very helpful and also the housekeeping staff. Rooms are big clean, very good hotel for family , near to all market and restaurants 👌 I will visit again.

There is no area for kids to play.

Breakfast was great. They also had water, coffee and dates at the hotel reception, which we snacked on every time we left or came back to the hotel. The room was nice. Free parking was included.

The water pressure in the bathroom and the water temperature.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed with the experience. The most concerning issue was the rude and arrogant attitude of the staff, especially a receptionist named Fatima. Her behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming, making check-in an unpleasant experience. when checking in, I noticed that I was charged more than the rate I had booked through Booking.com. Despite raising this with the staff, I received no proper explanation or solution. Additionally, the breakfast was far below average. The options were limited, and the quality of the food was poor, which was unexpected given the price of the stay. To make matters worse, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the lift corridor, which was quite off-putting and made the environment uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless they address these issues with their staff, cleanliness, and transparency with pricing
