Rooms were smelling. And overwhelmed by the high rises and construction all around.

A Stay That Redefines Hospitality – Meluha, The Fern, Hiranandani I have had the privilege of staying in some of the finest 5-star hotels across 40 countries, but few experiences have left a lasting impression quite like my stay at Meluha, The Fern, Hiranandani from 2nd July to 7th July 2025. From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of exemplary. The staff exudes professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Every interaction was met with a smile and a willingness to go above and beyond. A special mention must go to Ms. Sunita, the Manager — a truly kind soul and an embodiment of what great hospitality should be. On the final day of our stay, I was unwell, and it felt as though the entire hotel was rallying around my family with care, concern, and compassion that truly moved us. The attention to detail, the seamless coordination, and the empathetic service delivered by the entire team made us feel less like guests and more like extended family. Meluha is not just a hotel — it’s an experience of excellence. If you're looking for world-class service wrapped in genuine human warmth, this is the place to be. Highly recommended. Five stars aren’t enough.
