Having never been to this location before, I was pleasantly surprised by the area. I didn't want to stay in downtown Wichita, so I opted for this hotel hoping for a quieter experience and I was not disappointed. The hotel is very close to amenities, so things like gas stations and restaurants were easy to find and quick to drive to. And although it's close to restaurants and shopping outlets, the hotel is set back from the main road, which makes it very peaceful. My room was clean and quiet. Water in the shower got hot quickly and the thermostat worked great. Bed was very comfortable. Did not eat the breakfast so I can't leave a review on that. If I'm ever traveling through Wichita again, I would absolutely book another stay here. Thank you for a smooth and relaxing experience!

The room was clean and comfortable, front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but…. We chose a suite based on the picture of it on the website that made it appear much larger than it truly was! Also the breakfast looks much better in the picture than what we found this morning! We ended having to go somewhere to get a decent breakfast!

So the initial check-in and room was OK. We went down to the hot tub and it was warm, but the Jets did not work. We went back to our room when I noticed a big black ring around the tub. Gross and I contacted them. They came up and took pictures of the bathroom. Kind of gross me out. I don’t know. It would be hard to trust Holiday Inn again I’ve had two stays that have not turned out good yet

The only reason i give them an average rating is the bed was extremely uncomfortable, pillows way too flat and the curtains wouldnt close out the space light at night. Other than that, the place was great...clean, quiet and in a great area for shopping, restaurants, etc.

The beds were comfy. The room was clean. The breakfast was great. The shower did not get hot. It was more lukewarm. The wi-fi and DirectTv were very slow. Overall, a decent stay and would stay again.
