Stay was soo good comfortable all efforts made by Miss Shivani She was offered best price and discount on room and food room was good quality of food nice live to see you again . And thanks to Ansh and Shivani.

The property photographs beautifully and clearly has potential, but our experience did not reflect the standard suggested online. Check-in was delayed by an hour as our room was not ready, and shortly after unpacking we were informed we needed to move because there was no hot water. The second room was not properly clean — the floor remained unpleasant underfoot even after the cleaning team revisited. While staff were courteous, the air conditioning did not cool effectively, remaining at 22°C overnight despite being set to 19°C. On departure, we were surprised to be accused of using the mini bar, which we had not touched. Although the issue was eventually resolved, it left a disappointing final impression. We had originally booked for two nights but chose to leave after one. With improved housekeeping, maintenance, and guest communication, this could be a far better experience.

The rooms are very premium and the property is beautiful — clean, spacious, and one of the best-located resorts in Pushkar if you have your own car, as it’s a bit away from the city. However, the service is extremely poor and almost non-existent. Even after having a confirmed booking, it took them over 24 hours to reconfirm, resulting in loss of one night’s stay. Every request to the reception was delayed, and when we called for a buggy, we often reached the reception by walking before it arrived. On the first day, despite pre-paying for an extra bed, we waited nearly an hour and received it only after repeated follow-ups. We also ordered in-room dining, and while the food tasted fine, it was extremely expensive with very small portions, not at all value for money. The swimming pool is large, clean, and beautifully maintained, but apart from the property’s aesthetics, there’s no hospitality worth mentioning. Overall, you’re paying only for the looks and luxury — not for service or experience.

Ananta Pushkar - Architecture is fantastic , It transports you to Bali in the middle of the desserts of India . Food & Beverage is not so great . F&B service is below average . However the sr management team is receptive towards guest issues and complaints . Will be able to provide an accurate review during my second stay

Stay was good at Ananta resort pushkar service from staff was excellent , food was great but we found old wood cracks in room and dinning area wood , rusting of iron rods at balcony roof top , something urgent to be done by top management . 15 years is max life of wooden houses . This property needs renovations and maintenance otherwise one day rooms will collapse. Thank you

Wonderfull stay with best of hospitality Food is fingerlicious but i felt like price was is bit at higer side.. house keeping staff's efforts & HOD's team work & management work sound loud 👍 & night duty staff mr patel at desk & prabh sir were wonderful in hospitality & knowledge... ananta is best value for money.. best wishes for more business

The staff was very courteous.but the room was not up to the mark.i stayed in the cottages...room no 101.the wood panels were swollen on the roof...the wooden drawees were mossy and the wooden rack near the fridge was broken..rest was ok with the room furniture...the tv was outdated...the staff was fixing the antenna..for all the channels to come... there was no android TV. The outside shower was leaky... but it's OK. We enjoyed in the pool area.

Starting from check in it was great experience. Food is good . Reception staff is helpful. Ansh Anchal and Surbhi were great . Will visit again
