The bedrooms and living area were comfortable and Jackie was very polite and helpful checking in before and during the stay. The bathrooms were clean.

There was no cooked breakfast as stated in the confirmation email, the continental breakfast was limited in its options and the cereal tasted stale. The rooms were a little untidy around the edges with cobwebs and marks on the wall and dated.

"Good and not so good."

The room was. very nice and the bed was comfortable.However, there was no cooked breakfast over the weekend as advertised but were told that this was an error on Booking .com who had been informed of this but had not changed their description online. Having a full english breakfast was a treat we were looking forward to ,the continental breakfast was very bland , the cereal was poor ,the rest generally tasteless and overall very disappointing.it was not worth the overall cost. Having said that ,the owner was very friendly and attentive.

see above, I think guests should be better informed and I think the continental breakfast should be expanded somewhat.
