Stayed here before catching a flight - very comfy, clean, and spacious room. Staff were lovely. Will definitely use again.

Lovely traditional coach house. Fantastic staff and friendly environment

Stayed overnight & hotel room & staff have no complaints.There were 4 of us & we opted for the cooked breakfast. @ £8.50 pp = £34. We cdnt believe for this amount of money we had one quarter of a mushroom each/8-10baked beans/1 sausage/1 rasher of bacon/supposedly 2 halves of tomato but it was 2xslices & an egg but no choice of poached/fried or scrambled. The breakfast wasn't hot & a slice of toast with no choice of white/brown. You can get an awful lot of bfast ingredients for £34 so the mushroom/beans portions are a little on the stingy side!! There is a complimentary continental breakfast in your room but this was either a sml pkt of cornflakes/bran flakes & a couple of pieces of fruit & a sml carton of orange/apple juice!

Lovely village with 3 pubs! Hotel was pleasant with good feel about it Friendly staff and Sasha gave a warm welcome.

We stayed in the Garden Room and although it was pretty basic it was clean and quiet. The hosts were pleasant and it was good to have a fridge in the room with milk and cereal. We didn’t have the cooked breakfast, but friends of ours said it was pretty meagre for the price of £8.50. Checkout is 10am which we found to be quite early, but as a stopover for a friends wedding it was all fine.

A great location for someone looking for a quiet village stay only 20 minutes to London by express train. Friendly staff and nice touches like fresh fruit, milk and cereal in room fridge. Bed could be better though.

Nice place to stay close to airport, with easy highway access, but not so close to airport you have to listen to jet noise. Quaint village surroundings.. tiled roofs, flowers, garden walls, etc. Very attractive neighborhood for strolling. Close to Dedham train station. It is in a pub, though, so you may hear people outside talking and drinking until late. You may have to park a distance away, too. Despite these things, it was a nice stay for me and a good slice of British life and charm.

Good check in experience and a pleasant room under the eaves. Excellent shower. Hottest night of the year but a fan was provided so we were comfortable. We made the most of the in-room breakfast of cereals, juice and fresh fruit left in the fridge for us. On arriving home I found I'd left an item which the Inn was good enough to say they would post to me - many thanks!
