Nada

El trato del personal. Se equivaban y trasladaban el error al pasajero. Hacian cargos en la tarjeta por sus errores y ello sin previo aviso. Un desastre. Un solo empleado empático trato de atreglar el mal trago de la estancia alli. No volveria

"As expected from a franchised offering but they need to fix their security offerings."

As expected from a chain hotel . Room was comfortable. A/c good and most of facilities were ok.

Safe didn’t work and wasn’t fixed after being reported. Security latch on door was fixed to door frame but frame fixed to wall by silicone and panel pins. A small child could force their way in !! It’s a decent walk to the old town .
