The Byke Old Anchor Beach Resort & Spa - Pan India Pure Veg Hotel Chain

The location of the Byke hotel is good. On one side (over road and some property) is beach with ocean, on other site is river (but not used for trips or anything).

- the staff on reception, not very friendly, asked for voucher from Booking - did not changed money for taxi - outdated room equipment, air conditioning, doors, walls dirty, in washroom is leaking water - renovation urgently need! - towels at the time of check in not there - batteries for AC remote empty - Wifi only at the reception, voucher for wifi needed

Many things and to begin with it's how to treat a customer in a polite way, second you offer to guide a resort about timing and restaurant, third be willing to take ownership about the services not received, very poor with flooring , room changes atleast done 3 time... electricity biggest problem as they have maintainance guy but they are helpless since the infrastructure is too old and not repaired for long years. Not worth the value we paid as we had to wait even after 2 am for our room to be serviced. Never recommend this resort for their lack of service, ambience, cleanliness, infrastructure, pool cleanliness, food service from the restaurant.
