The White Horse Inn

Excellent food (we had both dinner and breakfast). Very helpful staff, went above and beyond especially as we arrived soaking wet, on bikes, cold and in need of a friendly smile and cold beer!

Location and outstanding quality food

Poor WiFi and tv signal no information on password for room.

Location was excellent. The team were very friendly and attentive and there were little extras that made a lot to enhance our pleasure during our stay. We would also like especially to note that the food was exceptional, so good that we invited our family, which we were visiting locally, to Sunday Lunch at the venue.

Cleanliness could be slightly improved and maybe a make-over on the gloss-work in the rooms which are looking a little tired in some areas. However they are still very comfortable and exceeded our expectations.

Lovely breakfast and evening meal. Friendly, accommodating owners. Very comfy bed. I liked the fact that there were 2 levels so that you went upstairs for the bathroom. Beautiful country location. We were able to walk to see the White Horse and explore other walks in the area.

Our room was a little dark but we were only in it in the evening so it didn't make any difference to our stay.
