Such lovely owners who made us feel really welcome. Breakfast was really tasty and cooked to order. Property in excellent condition. Beds really comfy and good sized rooms. Having a steamer in the room was a nice touch.

There was more in the room than I expected

Where do i start John and Nick (the owners) was absolutely fabulous from start to finish made us so welcome .. the drinks was really reasonable inside the house as there is a bar to buy your drinks if you fancied just watching tv and chilling out .. food was fabulous and they cater for vegetarians also... they made sure you was happy with the service that they provided fantastic cooking by the way 😋.... our room was a small double nothing wrong at all with it... great location near North train station around a 6 min walk to the hotel and pubs and nightclubs are close walking distance and to the promenade everyone who has stayed there this weekend Inc ourselves have rebooked in again either this year or next year 😀 thank you to John and Nick for welcoming us had a fantastic time see you next year Xx

John and Nick are excellent hosts. Both very friendly and helpful. The guest house and the room were immaculate. Great breakfast, nice quiet location, but not too far away to walk to the nightlife

John and Nick were very attentive to our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service. Their attention to detail is excellent. It be our first choice when staying in Blackpool
