The decor and art theme was wonderful, the welcome on arrival set us up for a comfortable stay. The room was comfortable, well decorated and comfortable. They had lots of little touches to make it more homely.

There was nothing we didn't like!

"Look nowhere else when in Blackpool - this is perfect!"

Where to start :) John and Nick are absolutely fantastic hosts. The attention to detail is second to none for everything - The breakfast is the best you will receive ion a guest house, right down to the planning and seating times. The superior room was fantastic, large tv, the bed mattress was a fantastically comfortable sleep and the facilities in room were also fantastic - nothing has been missed. The gem of this guest house is the hosts!!! We spent time in the bar before going out and about and it was great that John and Nick sit with you and get to know you. We had a great laugh and really enjoyed their company, which set us up well for the rest of the day/evening. Loved the oldy worldy feel, with the clocks and the old movies playing on the tv in the bar area - 20s radio style music throughout breakfast time is an extra added spot of genius! This place is that good, we have checked our work commitments before we even got home and rebooked!!! If you are staying in Blackpool then look no further - this place and John and Nick is brilliant!

The hotel caters for every need, our room was clean and spacious, breakfast was great with plenty of choice. John and Nick are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended
