"This room appeared to be lacking comfort. Have stayed here and over the road a few times but this was the worse room we"

Convenient location and reasonably priced.

Very cold room, heating didn't really work. Draft in the bathroom. Little stain glass window needs resealing. Could do with fixing up a bit. Wouldn't sit in the sofa as was so warm and didn't look inviting.

"Brilliant stop over great pubs within walking distance, very quite Good nights sleep"

The location is great for visiting my dad in Shoreham, we have stopped a couple of times in different units. I prefer Unit 2

Could do with some kind of lights on the stairs in Unit 1, would make it easier then putting bedside light on when you need the loo in the middle of the night
