Studio Apartments Andrijana

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Hotel was spacious and very clean. The only thing is that it smelled like someone had smoked in the apartment or the building ventilation is not very good and you can smell smoke smell from other apartments. Also the apartment said they had free parking, but on arrival they said we had to reserve ahead of time?? So we ended up parking on the street.

A very enthusiastic and friendly family runs this great little place. I found the cost of accommodation in Croatia in general to be higher than expected, and this place was in line with the other places we stayed on the mainland in the Dubrovnik area. Be careful when you ask for a little food - our "small lunch" was 4 times the size of what we expected, or needed for that matter. Classic country-grandma "eat, eat, you're so skinny!" experience ;). I would say that the local area is a little too built up and crowded for my taste, but great as a base to explore the surrounding area if you have a car. Beware! Cabs from Dubrovnik to the airport are about €30-35, but if you need one from Dubrovnik to Mlini, which is more than halfway, you will also pay €30-35, and again another €35 to the airport from Mlini.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during September.The service was superb, welcome drinks and cakes, great appartment with a dream view. The location is superb, but would be a little difficult to find without a sat nav, a short drive to Cavtat, to catch a boat to Dubrovnik. Overall excellent and very friendly

Amazing hostess and great views! Lovely ocean views from the terrace where the owners mother will serve you chocolate cake & beer/wine/juice upon arrival. The next morning we had breakfast cakes...and then a week after our cruise we returned to pick up our car they let us leave and she had fresh pastries from the oven and she made me up a to go container. Lovely people. We had a week cruise and they brought us to & from the harbour for a reasonable fee. The room was great, hot shower, AC worked, good wifi, location good only 2 min walk to catch the number 10 bus into town and you are there in 15 mins. Would stay again.

Andrijana's family is wonderful! They are very kind and generous, offering us juices, fruits and cakes upon arrival and throughout our stay. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped with a small kitchen and solid A/C. The balcony view of the Mlini riviera was amazing. Their terrace is the perfect spot to have a meal and watch the sunset. The number 10 bus that runs between Dubrovnik and Cavtat is right under the apartment (3 min walk) and the Mlini beach is just a 7 min walk down the steps. There are some good restaurants nearby, too, like Flamingo (12 min walk on the main road in Cavtat direction), or you can eat at one of the basic places at the beach. The bus service isn't that frequent (every 30 min during the day) but every hour at night (runs until 1:30am from dubrovnik!)

Lovely views and great hosts make this a really great place to stay. Very clean and Mlini is a nice resort. Would recommend.

Lovely apartment, would definitely recommend to friends and family. The family are charming and incredibly helpful. Ideal for children too, as we went with our 2 year old. Very comfortable bed and sofa's etc in side the room. The communal terrace is perfect to sit and eat breakfast on, and the family can provide meals if required. We will certainly return if possible.

Julius&mel - wow nothing but great things to say. They treat you like family, they are helpful in giving tips on sightseeing.

They looked after us very well. This included transfers to/from ferry arrival and bus departure. Goran also happened to see us waiting at the bus stop one afternoon and stopped to pick us up. Wonderful breakfasts were cooked by Anka.
