The internet never worked during our entire stay, from the first day until the very last day, and this caused us significant inconvenience. In addition, being unable to reach any staff member outside business hours, even via WhatsApp, was a major problem. In the event of an urgent issue, there was simply no one available to contact. One of the main reasons we chose this property was because it appeared to offer a hotel-style experience rather than a typical Airbnb rental. We expected that there would at least be someone available to assist guests in emergencies. Having no internet access throughout the stay is simply not acceptable, and the lack of support made the situation even worse. The biggest issue, however, was discovering that although there is a reception desk, it does not open until 11:00 AM. Had I known this in advance, I would never have chosen this property. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, and we spent hours carrying luggage around with our child. First, we had to find a luggage storage facility and leave our bags there, then later move them again, and the apartment was located in a different building. The entire process was exhausting, stressful, and unnecessarily difficult. I chose this property because I believed it offered a hotel-like experience with reception services and support for guests. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. The complete lack of internet access throughout the stay and the absence of adequate assistance were extremely disappointing. I regret choosing this property and would not recommend it based on my experience.

Al principio nos cambiaron de apto por que al que llegamos olía demasiado a humedad y como encerrado sin luz natural

La situació. Que molt aprop hi havia una oficina amb personal per atendre i per poder guardar les maletes.

Apte per 2 persones però incòmode per 3 com eren nosaltres. Una mica calorós malgrat l'aire condicionat. Manca de cert manteniment: faltava una cortina, la nevera no hi havia la roda de la temperatura.
