Location

Horrible smell in the washroom. You can smell the plumbing and sewers. No real effort realized by the property to improve or change our room despite repeated communication to them.

La ubicación, justo al lado de la puerta del Sol.

El colchón del apartamento de una habitación era incómodo, los del apartamento de dos habitaciones estaban bien, pero este apartamento para más de 4 con maletas se hace pequeño. Además no te hacen la cama del sofá aunque hayas avisado de que vais más de 4, tienes que hacértela tú cuando llegas. Intentaron cobrarnos una fianza a pesar de haber reservado por booking, nos negamos por no especificarlo en el momento de la reserva y no nos la cobraron. No pasan a limpiar a diario.

"Très bon séjour pour le week-end du Marathon de Madrid !"

Les chambres étaient belles et la salle de bain fonctionnelle. La cuisine était grande.

Le 3ème lit était un canapé, et il n'était pas du tout confortable.
