Nothing. I turned when arranged with the property in advance and was told I couldn’t check in and was turned away in the middle of the night with no where to sleep and no apology. I then was assured I wouldn’t be charged but I was still charged later on, when I contacted the hotel for a refund I was called a liar and the. Completely ignored. I have contacted Booking.com about this issue and they have not responded either. Extremely poor from all parties.

la cercania al aeropuerto

solicite un servicio de taxi a las 4:00am para el traslado al aeropuerto, y llegando a la 4:10am no tenia este servicio. y tuve que pagar 10€ por este servicio. Tampo tenia nadie en recepción para poder preguntar, teniendo que solicitar por mi cuenta otro servicio de taxi por mi cuenta.
