It was fine but the lift keeps jamming, and the stairs were very dusty ,the rooms were fine but you could hear some noises at night .good security service and friendly staff

Condo garden Hotel have built-in a brilliant concept in the formation of their hospitality, in such a way that all cooking equipment are present in the rooms for use which makes you to feel at home. However, an important thing which condo garden need to take into consideration is the issue of 200mb of internet given to customer is not better because internet facility is what keeps occupant of the hotel busy and it is usually not conducive for customers to start buying internet time before connecting to internet after the free use of the 200mb got exhausted. Therefore, I believe condo garden should have to think of a way of given a free unlimited internet access to their customers and as well factor in the cost of the internet to the cost of the hotel which will help the customer to be able to prepare a budget which is more realistic for their trips.

I had to move rooms twice. The first room was on ground level with a huge window directly onto the street where there were passers by looking in. The second room, was awful. It was damp, badly lit and stank of smoke. I had to ask to be moved back to the original room.

This "hotel" could be so good but it kind of feels like a bail hostel. All of the notices are about fines and penalties and service via reception, though warm and friendly, is strictly limited. The room was extraordinarily spacious but there was no air, one or two lingering smells when we arrived and hardly any daylight. With one or two budget hotels just around the corner, it seems a bit silly to suffer here.

We arrived later than suppoused - approx 11AM. It took us almost an hour to find our where the receptionist was. We had to stand outside in the blowing wind with heavy rain. She acted like crazy yelling at us and was definetely not happy to see us there. My worse travel experience in Belgium.

Horrible hotel. Unfriendly staff forgot to return passport after check in. Had to manually switch on electricity at the trip box. No wifi at all even though stated on website. Room was next to garbage room. Water supply got cut off the next morning. Nonchalant receptionist offered no help at all. Had no place to brush teeth and wash up. No bed linens and towels. Bathroom was flooded.

Three words: horrible. horrible, horrible.
