Location and spacious

Nothing really - couldn’t get into the spa at any point over 3 days. It was always full of people.

View, location were perfect. Next to shops, cafe and easy walk to beach and Sealife previously underwater world. Staff very polite

Balcony small, would have liked a sunbed to relax on. I didn’t appreciate the dust on fans and as only one aircon we had to use despite described as having another available? Did not appreciate the notification on the fridge about additional costs if we didn’t clean, this should be in booking details firstly.

The location was fantastic, central to the wharf, main business centre and beach.

The room was very clean and well.presented. However, some of the doors and the pathway to the BBQ area could use some maintenance. The sliding door to the patio needed maintenance.

Was clean and comfortable for the one night wish we could have done longer and explored more.

The humidity and rain haha but everything else was good thank you. Would love to see darker sheet and towel colours always scared of getting white really dirty and being charged.
