Dormy Inn Hakata Gion Natural Hot Spring

The location was amazing - bus just outside the hotel and train around the corner. It was walkable to hakata station too. Fresh towels daily hung outside the door. One of few hotels that have an onsen (天然温泉), it had a cold pool, regular area and and o pool that had access to the outside area which felt wonderfully. Afterwards you have the waiting area with “ice candy” or Yakult bottles as refreshments which is nice. Later in the evening there is also free bowl of ramen waiting for your enjoyment. Staff were friendly and very accommodating as we came in little early, and allowed us to have them hold our baggage’s until check in time (at 3PM) while we did a little sightseeing before checking in. Lastly, there’s a convenience store connected to the property so that was a great plus. The only con I can think of would be the size of the room as it COULD be a little larger for the price. We stayed as a family of 4 in 2 rooms. This will definitely be an option again if we return to Hakata in the future ^^

他のドーミーインにも宿泊したことがあるのでだいたい分かっていました。ただし博多の朝食は少し物足りないように思いました。夜は中洲に近いので便利が良いですよ。

공항선 기온역 바로 앞이고 캐널시티도 도보로 5분거리의 좋은 위치에 있어서 편리했습니다. 스텐다드 트윈룸은 둘이 사용하기에 공간도 넓고 깔끔했으며 온천도 훌륭하고 조식도 맛있습니다.

スタッフさんがとても親切でした。 たぶん使う人が多くて、温泉は少し汚かったです。

We arrived around 1pm, tired because it’s our last leg of 2 weeks holiday. Was told not allowed to check in until 3pm. After arriving to our room I noticed the pillows cases are half stained, the bed doesn’t look clean. Didn’t think much until the next morning, my partner who slept inner side of the bed , 30% of his body were cover in rashes and bites. I brought this issue to hotel.com the man was very helpful and put us to the hotel manager. They thought my partner have allergies from food. At the end they changed room for us. It’s bad luck this happens to us. Lesson to learn, if bed sheets and pillows not clean , should ask them to change immediately. But on the other side, hotel management should also take responsibility about this issue. Hopefully it won’t happen again
