Evershine Resort & Spa

It's a good property and a very convenient location with easy access to main market. Rooms are of decent size and well maintained including cleanliness. Staff behavior (multiple people at reception, especially Mr. Sangram) were quite non co-operative, I kept on getting answer as "no" / "not possible" for multiple topics, instead of at least trying to explore what can be accommodated - right from check-in experience to room allocation, to accessing complimentary services - doesn't add up to a good experience with family. Value for money is reasonable. Few amenities / complimentary services being offered at the property are really good, not easy to find in another properties, however compared to list of amenities / complimentary services mentioned on reception (forget on the website), the actual ones available are less than 50%.

Visited during the Good Friday long weekend in April 2026. Resort and amenities are extremely clean and well maintained. Multiple photo points in the resort will make your vacation album memorable and insta worthy! They have a wide array of activities which kept us occupied in the resort. This includes indoor sports, swimming pool, multiple outdoor and adventure sports. If you are travelling with kids, you don't need to worry about keeping them occupied. Options are - indoor gaming zone, board games, sand pit, multiple outdoor play zones with different types of slides, swings et al, amazing walking trail, swimming pool with different types of floats and mini boats. Every evening, complimentary hi-tea and multiple activities are planned such as nail art, mehendi, caricature, tattoo painting etc. Tried both lunch and dinner and food was delicious. Complimentary breakfast had a wide spread of delicacies. Would highly recommend for a family or group outing with friends. You can enjoy your time at the resort itself completely. Special mention - Mr. Prashant, the caricature artist was very good. Ms. Riya from Evershine Cafe was extremely helpful with our orders and helped us with toddler specific meals.
