Fantastic location, very close to Tenjin station There is a cupboard near the lift where you can grab some essentials as much as you like - shower caps, laundry bags, cotton tips, tea coffee etc Made a mistake and booked a smoking room (all rooms in 3rd floor are for smoking) the next day was able to switch rooms (with extra charge of ¥2400)

The hotel smell can definitely be improved. We were at the 2nd floor (note 3rd floor is all smoking rooms) and the smell is not great Note that towels are small and thin

La chambre est un peu plus grande que la moyenne. Elle est propre . L'hôtel est très bien situé

0 accueil, le personnel ne nous a jamais adressé la parole nous avons tout fait à travers la borne sans aide sans salutation même lorsqu'il n'y avais personne au guichet c’est assez surprenant.

they are strict on the check in and check out time, although is understandable
