I was charge twice! and when I told them they totally ignored me. Now I am chasing it up with booking.com very disappointing! mistakes happen but fix them dont ignore your customer. disgusting

"Buena relación calidad precio en pleno centro."

Cama cómoda, se podía desayunar en la terraza, muy céntrico y buena limpieza. Buena relación calidad precio y tienen convenio con un parking a un precio inmejorable.

Mejorable la insonorización y en lo estético había algún mueble que necesitaría renovación. El desayuno es correcto para el precio que se paga pero no comparable al de otros hoteles de mayor nivel. Aún así creo que si vuelvo a Lugo volvería a alojarme en este hotel.

"Perfect for what we needed."

The location was great for our Camino start as well as the city walls and great bars and restaurants. The reception staff were lovely.

It is quite tired-looking now in decor and not quite like it looks on the photos.
