"Un buen hotel para visitar Lugo"

Muy bien ubicado para explorar el centro de Lugo. La terraza y sus vistas muy guay. La habitación estaba muy limpia, y el personal del hotel muy simpático.

Prima lokatie. Goede bedden en ruime kamer.

Ontbijt is divers maar kwalitatief geen 4 sterren waard. Badkamer is aan een opfrisbeurt toe.

"Bien pero no pudimos descansar"

Increible ubicación, buen desayuno y terraza de comidas

Algo muy simple de corregir y que hizo que nuestra estadía no fuera de tanto agrado: a las 9 am ya habia un ruido INSOPORTABLE de muebles arrastrandose. Entendemos que el personal de limpieza debe preparar las habitaciones (y la limpieza era perfecta!!) Pero no entendemos como no le pueden poner un poco de fieltro a las patas??? Reservamos especialmente este hotel para poder dormir bien, despues de un viaje largo, y temprano ya nos desperto el ruido que no paró hasta el check out. Siendo un hotel 4 estrellas es algo imprescindible: no puede despertarte el ruido del personal ni de otros huespedes. Y es taaaaaan facil de solucionarrrr tan tan facil...

Todo, la situación en el centro de Lugo a un minuto de la plaza mayor, el personal muy amable, las instalaciones remodeladas, una buena habitación.
