o atendimento do pessoal, muito receptivo, sempre tentando entender, na hora da chegada, de madrugada, sem muita enrrolação no check-in, deixou que o pagamento fosse realizado no final da estádia, pra não demorar na recepção, os quartos são simples mas funcional, como estava frio, tinha aquecedor no quarto, e as torneiras e chuveiro com água quente, o local era perto de mercado, e de uma estação de metro

Os quartos são um pouco escuro, e a iluminação em amarelo, com os detalhes do quarto em madeira, deixa o clima um pouco estranho, e um local muito escuro por conta disso, a senha do wifi poderia ficar mais visivel, no caso tem que pedir na recepção.

Falto limpieza en piso y paredes. Falta una mejor mantención en general, no por ser un el primer hotel de esa zona no se debe mantener en óptimas condiciones.
