"A relação custo x benefício deixa a desejar."

Gostei muito do atendimento da equipe, destacando o Sr. Humberto. A limpeza também é muito boa. A localização é muito boa. Perto do metrô, farmácias, supermercados, etc.

O quarto foi muito mais simples do que eu imaginava pelas fotos vista no Booking. Tive problema com o aquecimento da água do banho em pleno inverno.

La posizione è ottima, quartiere tranquillo, stanza molto calma. Lo staff è gentilissimo.

La struttura è un po' datata, avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata.

Personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación es buena en una zona tranquila y muy cerca de la estacion de metro.

Posada que se quedó en el tiempo. La instalación parece mal mantenida o con poco mantenimiento. La habitacion (a excepción del baño) estaba con sucia, las paredes con telas de arañas y olor a viejo. Pensamos en esta posada porque tenia buenas reseñas, pero nos llevamos una gran decepción.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff is awesome - all super nice people, always ready to help! The area seems very safe and while the location is not super central, I still walked everywhere. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, the wifi worked great and a pretty decent breakfast is included. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Santiago.
