Please note that the Stelvio Mountain Pass is closed from November until the end of May. This means that you will have to take a longer alternative route to reach the property. The restaurant will be closed in May, October and November. Please inform the property in advance about the number of guests arriving with you. If you arrive with children, please inform the property about their number and age. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Please note that daily cleaning for the apartments is not included and it is available at an extra cost of EUR 15 per night. Spa are available upon request for an additional charge of 60 EUR per person per entry. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
