A cama era confortável. Embora a localização seja afastada, tem supermercado e farmácia próxima ao hotel.

Abusam do sistema de cancelamento gratuito ofertado pelo Booking, colocando como limite uma data inexequível. Eu paguei a mais para ter o cancelamento gratuito e não pude fazê-lo mesmo a 3 semanas da data da reserva. Pedi para liberarem a tarifa e se recusaram genericamente. Não dou boas notas a hotéis que não respeitam o consumidor. Sobre o hotel em si: nada de demais, superfaturado como tudo em Florianópolis. O barulho do ar condicionado vai te deixar acordado à noite.

Roupas de cama, travesseiros e toalhas excelentes. Estacionamento amplo.

Prédio antigo, que passou por reforma. Mas esquadrias, alguns pisos, elevadores, recepção e algumas outras partes da estrutura ficaram aquém distoantes.
