Whisper at the front desk was phenomenal! Gave the best customer service I've seen in a long time! Was willing to go the extra mile as our fridge was taking longer than expected to get cold. Was willing to move a fridge from another floor for us. Really appreciate the extra effort and all with a smile on her face. Not once did she act put out or bothered. Just gave exceptional customer service. The only complaint I have is the hot tub was not in order. That was a bummer after running after two toddlers. Breakfast was really good and I loved that the meat choices were rotated. Kids were a huge fan of the mini waffles. I Would definitely stay again.
