Location was great…easy to find. Lake in the middle of a property makes for a nature lovers spot… lots of birds to greet your morning! Many eateries on campus, other than their in-house restaurant…which wasn’t always the best…depending on the dish ordered…

Room service/in-room dining was crappy. Very basic elements would be missed… and it would take them forever to provide the items that should’ve not been missing in the first place. Plastic overload is another area they need to improve massively in - bisleri botttles where reusable glass/metal bottles with RO water could be… same for bathroom amenities- lots of use ‘n throw plastic items - service industry needs to snap out of this!

Friendly staff, good facilities and great sized property. We came here to relax and definitely felt the peace. Short trip into town to visit palace and zoo. Would recommend staying here for families. The spa experience was also very nice way to unwind after a long flight.

The sofa provided in our room was not a practical design.

Great location and ambience . Food a little bit of concern especially on the meat side sometimes it’s served fresh or it’s cold it all depends but the overall stay was comfortable staff were courteous and place has been well maintained. Bonus - they arrange candle night dinner every day only if you are ok with mascots here and there but it’s a best date made
