Royal Hotel Dead Sea

Bad experience,the air condishin not working,food is bad, derty.

the hotel need to be renew imidiatly.the hotel is in very bad condition, it will be beter without the carpets. the food is very good we got an upgrade room' the phone were not conected without wire between the phones & the conector in the wall.

Royal Rimonin hotel has an amezing structure from the outside looks so good! However, the room have a desperate need of updating, bedding are grey and very poor quality. On my floor who ever did our beds did not made them properly or sheets were too small? The pool area is dirty and if you cross the little bridge you will find a dump of old broken plastic chairs. Cigarettes butts everywhere, so when you walk you got to be careful to avoid them. Leftovers food was never clean up so the birds were there to have their feast. Even saw a couple of dead birds by the pool and no one of staff clean it up! Food at restaurant is good but again plates always a bit dirty and tables takes a while to be clean from dirty plates. Avoid is you can!

The private beach was a little dirty, the pool was fantastic.

The Hotel was Clean and the Food was Excellent. The Expectations of Relaxing on the Private Beach with Lounge Chairs and Full Services as Advertised- was NOT.Renovations outside my Door made it Impossible to Rest. My Complaints were Addressed Quickly by the PR Manager but alas a Fruit Bowl and a Bottle of Wine did not Compensate for my Ruined Vacation.

Nice hotel -- it has a lot to offer and even if it is a bit dated, the grand facilities make up for it -- I think it's good value at least

Not very clean the rooms were not cleaned everyday the glasses at the dining table were not washed properly.I don't think that I would return to this place .

The spa fiklef wit Deadsea water- warmed and we floated in that pool. We have robes and towels and a great relaxing experience. We will definitely come back again.

the hotel isnt with the prices that were promissed on the web. at the website was written that the price includes the taxes but the hotel charged us for taxes sepperitly. the crew wasnt courteous. i was deeply disapointed and wont go back to that hotel. most likely i wont order more from this website. sissi kostzer.

Based on the pictures I expected a four star It was probably a five star when built 15 years ago Furniture a little run down Could be better kept Overall view,location,lavish very generous breakfast, pools,and much more makes it a great value as long as you are not a neat freak
