Checking in was routine and went well.

When I booked with service I was clear about having a hot tub and pool for my son. After checking in to find out the hot tub in fact wasn't working was disappointing. Then to find out the hot tub had in fact been out for a while and still waiting on parts to fix it we thought was something the service selling the bookings or reservation should know. I am an on call maintenance technician, 24 hr. On call. After notifying my employer of my temporary housing issue and information on how to contact me it almost caused severe reactions when my employer called the motel only to be told by the receptionist at this time, 12:23am,that I was sleeping and to call back in the morning.. In fact I wasn't sleeping,the phone never rang,and my employer said the receptionist wouldn't even ring the room. But instead continued to claim I was asleep. Asleep or not 24hr on call means you get up and go. This receptionist had no right to lie to my employer nor in my opinion refuse to ring my room much less jeopardize my employment. After my employer reached me through another service technician 30-45 minutes later and having him explain what had taken place my son and I had to find other arrangements for the rest of the night where I could be contacted at any hour. I had no idea someone else would be deciding if I should be contacted or not nor that I would be inconveniencing someone at this hour to provide us with shelter when I already paid for this service. Sibas if right now I don't think I would use or recommend either this booking service nor this facility/hotel. In fact,this could have costed me me job!

Situated just off the highway it was Ideal for a stop over. I can’t tell you about the area as I only stayed at the hotel and was off the next morning, but if that’s what you’re looking for this is the place to do it. Staff are great, the room is clean and tidy, comfortable beds it was a good choice.
