"Moderately priced spacious room located near the Live Theater."

The room was spacious with a sleeper sofa in the common area. Small bar area with sink, refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the host was very attentive. It was close to the Sight and Sound Theater.

While there were 2 TV’s only one had sound. The microwave was very noisy and small. The sleeper sofa was not comfortable to sit on. You could hear the traffic coming from the street outside. Between the street traffic and the people overhead, it was quite noisy.

Awesomestaff, location and breakfast

The only thing I did not like is they did not have a side door, so you had to go in and out the main entrance.
