"Prima locatie maar erg basic hotel"

Locatie en goede airco

Vlekken op beddengoed en verstopt doucheputje waardoor deze overliep. Onvriendelijke nachtportier en geen hulp bij schoonmaken putje. Mijn partner heeft zelf een enorme prop haar uit het putje gehaald, waarna de douche weer door liep. Kan gebeuren, maar was netjes geweest als hotel dit had opgelost. Gezien prijs kamer (230 voor 1 nacht) beetje teleurgesteld in prijs/kwaliteit

"Overpriced met slechte service"

Onze ervaring in dit hotel was bijzonder teleurstellend. Bij het inchecken bleek onze geboekte early check-in niet beschikbaar. De receptioniste legde de schuld bij ons neer, omdat we deze volgens haar te laat hadden geboekt. Gelukkig sprong een bijzonder vriendelijke collega in en zorgde ervoor dat er binnen 10 minuten een kamer beschikbaar was. Helaas bleek de airco op onze kamer niet te werken. Omdat we naar een bruiloft moesten, hebben we dit gemeld en zijn we doorgegaan. Er is echter niets teruggekoppeld en bij aankomst in de avond was de kamer extreem warm. Er stond wel een ventilator, maar die maakte onze nachtrust nauwelijks beter. Voor 280 euro voor een nacht verwacht ik eerlijk gezegd wel iets meer dan dit.
