Staff are very friendly, Kennan was great resolving our issue at check in. very authentic to provide a real cappadocian experience

There is major conservation structure by the municipality to preserve the chimneys next to the hotel, which blocked the beautiful view until work is completed.

Amazing accommodation in beautiful setting. Incredible sunset views and perfect for sunrise ballon views. Excellent spa included for guests. Very helpful staff who provide a hotel tour with wine on check in. On site bar and restaurant available. Great breakfast included with plenty of variety and availability until 11am. 5 min walk to centre of town. Highly recommend!

Nothing, a fan of some kind would be useful in the rooms as it remains warm in the rooms through the night during hot days.

Es war alles so ein bisschen unaufgeraumt in der Außenanlagen. Z.b.auf der Aussichtsterrasse waren die Sitzkissen teilweise schimmelig. Ja klar , es war Vorsaison aber auch dann möchte man es überall schön haben
