Le personnel etait sympatique.L'emplacement ideal à 5 min à pied du vebtre et du sunset view point. L'espace SPA est grand et agréable.

La robinetterie des espaces SPA et chambre sont vieillissantes et c'est compliqué de régler l'eau correctement. Il y a aussi beaucoup de calcaires non nettoyés. Le jacuzzi de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Nous l'avons signalé, ils nous ont dit qu'ils allaient réparé mais rien a été fait. Dommage de mettre le prix dans une belle chambre et ne pas avoir un jacuzzi en état de marche.

L'hôtel en lui même est magnifique, spa incroyable, même un musée, le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel et le personnel vraiment au top.

Notre chambre était vraiment pas terrible (n°203), pas digne d'une suite et donc prix inadapté. Petite pièce avec un immense lit mais pas de place pour les valises, la couette trop petite, l'absence de luminosité dans la salle de bain.

A beautiful hotel in an amazing location. The outside spaces and the spa are wonderfully designed to fit in the local landscape. It even has its own small museum including traditional carpets. The rooms are beautifully designed but would benefit from updating. The hotel is within walking distance to all the amenities and attractions of Goreme.

The breakfast was ok but without much variety.

The location was very central with many trails accessible by foot. The breakfast buffet was great. The spa facilities were amazing after hiking all day longs. Finally the room was comfy and big.

2 minor comments: - there is a huge scaffold right in front of the hotel as they are fixing some of the caves/ rock formations. Nothing the hotel can do about yet it would be worth informing customers. - decoration (pillows/ carpet...) were all missing until the very last morning. A bit of a bummer.

Location is great and the rooms are beautiful

The spa was closed for renovations and we didn’t find out about it until right before we went. They offered to refund part of our stay because of it but it’s been months of back and forth trying to get the refund. The staff were really lovely and we really enjoyed our stay but this part has been terrible to try and deal with.
