Hotel com ótimo custo benefício. Equipe atenciosa e simpática. Ficamos num quarto recém reformado e era bem confortável, cama grande e confortável , roupa de cama e banho limpas. Fomos em casal e ficamos no quarto triplo, achei bem amplo. Os únicos pontos que precisam ser melhorados, em minha opinião, são: barulho do elevador e o estacionamento... Mto pequeno e as marcações de vaga não são visíveis, tem gente que estacionava pegando quase 2 vagas, neste dia quase não consegui estacionar meu carro.

Preço justo pelos serviços oferecidos. Café da manha razoável e limpeza ok porém os quartos estão velhos com diversos sinais de desgaste, teto do banheiro descascando e piso de marmore já envelhecido pelo tempo. Chuveiro com mistura quente e frio estranha pois muitas vezes a agua gelava durante o banho.

O hotel foi usado somente pra dormir, a limpeza estava boa, só o que me incomodou foi ver a pia entupida, a água não escoava rapidamente. O atendimento foi bom, café da manhã tb, a localização do hotel no centro foi de acordo com a necessidade que tínhamos.

Infelizmente o hotel precisa muito de reforma , banheiro com muito cheiro de esgoto , portas caindo aos pedaços , maçaneta danificada e ninguém deu atenção para arrumar .cafe , almoço serviços do hotel com excelência, porém falta de educação de muitos atendentes tbm foi complicado Sinto em deixar essa avaliação, mas acho que precisam acordar para a realidade, pois tem tudo para ser maravilhoso
