Please note there is construction taking place across the road from the property, with works expected to be completed by Nov 2026. External building painting is underway, with abseilers working in various areas of the building, including balconies. This project is expected to be completed by March 2026. "Terrible For Price"

Location was great.

Overpriced and poorly maintained apartment room. Stained armrests on the couch. Ripped seats outside on the balcony. Nowhere to place items in the bathroom. Rusty fittings in toilet/bathroom. Missing or broken fittings in the shower and toilet. Staff at the front desk come across like they dont want to deal with you right from the get-go. We've stayed at some premium luxury hotels in Brisbane city and paid less. For over $500 a night...what a rip off! This was without a doubt maximum price of $180.00. Motel room/unit would have been in better condition than this!
