Front desk was so nice and helpful, and the beds extra comfortable.

the staff were wonderful; the place is very clean;' the rooftop pool is really nice; it's a small boutique hotel very centrally located less than a 10 minute walk from the buquebus ferry terminal. we did not get breakfast but for $15 USD pp it looked like a very nice offering. the room has blackout shades. the shower water is hot and the AC works well. the pillows were great and of the memoryfoam variety.

The hotel could use some TLC. in terms of minor touch ups. we had three rooms in total for our group, so we were able to make comparisons. 1 of the 3 hair dryers worked. there was a headboard missing in one room. one sink and one shower dripped pretty regularly. all the walls had some scuff marks and dings from luggage. the lobby was pristine though and it is clear the place is well cleaned. it is not a hygiene issue but an investment in the property issue.

Das 5 noites que passei, 2 foram sem dormir. Na vizinhança há ocupantes de propriedades que colocam o som no último volume à noite inteira. INSUPORTÁVEL. A polícia nada faz. Os coitados dos funcionários não sabem nem como agir pra tentar minimizar o desconforto do hóspede. O proprietário tem que tomar providências urgentes. Não ia me manifestar pra não baixar a pontuação do estabelecimento, mas em vista da inoperância do proprietário por duas noites consecutivas fica impossível de não atestar o que foi vivido. Lamentável.

This hotel is in a super convenient location just a 10-minute walk from the Buquebus ferry terminal. It is across the street from the Mercado del Puerto, with its many excellent restaurants. The Ciudad Viejo district is right there to explore. The facility is small, well kept up, and friendly.

The room was nice and away from street noise but quite small. The neighborhood appears sketchy at night but is quite lively and interesting during the day.

- La piscina está completamente sucia verde y con hojas, inutilizable - El Rooftop no estaba en funcionamiento Y nada de esto se avisa al momento de reservar y fue por estas dos cosas parte de la decisión del lugar. - Las habitaciones tenían mucho olor a cloaca y humedad seguramente por el baño Si le ponen un poquito más de amor sería un Gran hotel porque no es feo y la gente es agradable
