Overall experience thus far has been good, check in was smooth,staff very nice and room clean. The reason for my review is to inform of the breakfast quality. It is advertised as hot breakfast however although the hot portion was adequate in temperature it was not edible in our opinion. The eggs and sausage were not recognizable as the real thing. I did report this to the front desk and was told there wouldn't be any changes on the hotel staffs part because this is the food that is sent to them to serve and they cannot make changes. Very disappointed due to a quote on the wall from J.Willard Marriott stating he was committed to quality, excellent service and guest dedication which gives Fairfield it's name. Please make changes to live up to the promise!
