Antiquated, out of date, and unhelpful. According to Marriot customer service, this hotel is privately owned and the owners will not spend money to upgrade their computer system. This means if there are any issues with your reservation, Marriot customer service can’t help you. Your only hope is the lackluster front desk employees. I can’t even say customer service because they don’t care about the customer and there is no service. Beware booking any hotel “by Marriott”…you never know what garbage experience you’ll have. Oh, and the property is junk to boot.
